Bright, botanical, and quietly complex. This gin-based cocktail blends sweet vermouth and Cocchi Americano with small dashes of cherry and Italicus liqueurs for floral and fruity elegance. Chocolate bitters add subtle depth without overpowering. A refined pre-dinner drink that plays in aperitivo territory, but with Broadway flair.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz (60 ml) dry gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) sweet vermouth, Cocchi di Torino
- ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Cocchi Americano
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Heering cherry liqueur
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Italicus liqueur
- 4 drops of STB chocolate bitters
METHOD
- In a mixing glass, combine the ingredients
- Stir until chilled
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
