This is not your creamy dessert martini. A dry, complex blend of gin, genever, dry vermouth, and white crème de cacao. Chocolate bitters enhance the cocoa note without tipping the balance. INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ oz (22.5 ml) dry gin
  • ¾ oz (22.5 ml) genever
  • ¾ oz (22.5 ml) white creme de cacao
  • ¾ oz (22.5 ml) dry vermouth
  • 4 drops STB chocolate bitters

METHOD

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the ingredients
  2. Stir until chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
