This is not your creamy dessert martini. A dry, complex blend of gin, genever, dry vermouth, and white crème de cacao. Chocolate bitters enhance the cocoa note without tipping the balance. INGREDIENTS
- ¾ oz (22.5 ml) dry gin
- ¾ oz (22.5 ml) genever
- ¾ oz (22.5 ml) white creme de cacao
- ¾ oz (22.5 ml) dry vermouth
- 4 drops STB chocolate bitters
METHOD
- In a mixing glass, combine the ingredients
- Stir until chilled
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
